Elisapie's unconditional attachment to her territory and her language, Inuktitut, is at the heart of her creative journey. Born in Salluit, a village in Nunavik only accessible by plane, the singer-songwriter and activist Inuk is now a prominent figure in the Canadian cultural scene.
