Maurix Baru (Jean Paul Maurice Mbarushimana), singer, pianist, composer, and producer, is a recognized artist in the genres of Afro-opera, Afrobeat, and Afro-soul, with over 14 years of experience. Born in Rwanda into a musical family, he started playing the piano at the age of 12.
