Diavi is an experienced trumpet player, composer, arranger, and conductor from Cuba who intends to bring his contemporary Afro-Cuban jazz to the Montreal scene, with a warm blend of contemporary jazz and Cuban influences from Rumba, Latin Jazz, and modern Cuban music, introducing his own project Diavinci's Code.
