About event

This show stems from the various musical and cultural encounters that Donald Dogbo has been exposed to from Africa to his arrival in Canada. Coubli, which means to go on an adventure in his native language, Bété, is inspired by the evolution of jazz music, one that has deep roots in Africa and projects itself into contemporary achievements.
