The Mexican group Los Angeles Azules, formed in the 80s by the Meja Avante brothers Elas, Jose, and Jorge, is known for their diverse musical style mixing cumbia, regional Mexican, indie, and power pop. Their 1996 album Inolvidables reached platinum status in Argentina, where they captivated the audience with stunning live performances. Nominated for the Billboard Latin Music Awards in 2001, Los Angeles Azules continue to shine on the Mexican music scene.
