About event
The Plateau Mont-Royal is the grouping of four former villages. Agriculture, work in quarries, or in tanneries was carried out there in the 19th century. The French-Canadian bourgeoisie settled there, followed by a working-class and immigrant population. The tramway and the metro will completely change the face of the area. The diversity of its history is reflected in its rich and varied architecture.
