Cheng Tsung-lung, artistic director of Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan since 2020, was able to observe in the Icelandic sky a mysterious sparkling ring of light around the moon. This phenomenon, generated by ice crystals suspended in the air, is a harbinger of a storm or even a more ominous sign of imminent change.
