Self-taught choreographer, former elite swimmer, Marco da Silva Ferreira quickly developed his own language, influenced by multiple urban and popular influences. He shares with Hofesh Shechter, for whom he has actually danced, the same explosive energy. For him, the body is above all political, a driving force to explore living together, communities, memory, and cultural crystallization.
